Using Leverage for Real Success!

In many parts of the world, summer holidays are drawing to a close and children are getting ready to go back to school.

Even now, many years after leaving school, I feel a sense of a new beginning at this time of year: It's a time for making plans, starting projects and getting things done. For many people too, it’s a time to think about training plans and what’s next on their personal development agenda.

The challenge always with new plans and renewed motivation is TIME. Simply, there’s not enough to go round! And that’s why it’s so important to master the skills of time planning, prioritization and delegation.

So today’s article focuses on how to lever your time and resources most effectively. A lever is simply a tool that helps you amplify your strength so that you can do much more with it. Just as a jack can help you lift a car by making the most of your physical strength, so other types of levers can help you achieve more with your skills and resources, and with the limited time available. Levers have the power to give you a real edge, helping you achieve spectacular results with limited resources.
